Shipping is always free for orders over $75. For orders below $75, a $9 shipping fee will be applied at checkout. Please note that some haircare products are considered "heavy goods" and require special handling, thus incurring a surcharge. The surcharge applies to haircare items of 250ml or more. How long will it take to get my order?

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 2 business days. We primarily ship through Canada Post. Once the package has left our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors. What happens if I'm not happy with the product I receive?

In most cases, returns are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. In rare cases, we may accommodate refunds if a product is returned due to a damage or defect, in which case we will gladly send a prepaid return label. However, a photograph as proof of the damage or defect is required. In order to receive a store-credit, an exchange or a refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase.
